Mark, you are not separating issues here -- there are two issues: 1) FDJA technology, & 2) Exclusive license fees. As for 1st issue, S3 is still using this technology and hopefully they will introduce good products later! As for 2nd issue, there is no need to have exclusive license at this point, IMO; it could be to their advantage once this technology accepted broadly. S3 does not pay exclusive fees, owns FDJA stocks, and still has the right of this technology. Therefore, FDJA's success is S3's success as well, just like fab investment,IMO QuoteGuy
