Just checking in, I really was expecting a little better market reaction, price wise.

I guess CVIA must have some of the dumbest MMs on the whole OTC board, I wonder if they have even read the PR..........

The Best info so far, right up there with any merger news IMO

Quote,

Interim CEO Jack Arnold spoke on this issue and other merger developments, "CVIA's unusually strong trading levels in March enabled us to convert these debentures in a remarkably short period of time. The completion of this conversion process indicates strong shareholder interest and confidence in our growth-through-acquisition strategy. We expect to see more normal trading patterns for Corporate Vision's stock from this point forward."

It seems to me Mr Arnold is clearly stating that the majority of this 50 million share Reg S issue is back in friendly hands, (now read between the lines)

This means its highly unlikely these shares will be available for trading again, or at least for a long time. So now back to the regular trading patterns.

All this makes me wonder if this concept has dawned on our rather dense MMs.... that there isnt as many shares available as they might think.
