"I wouldn't trust anything Forrester has to say, having seen their methods" - ouch! that's going to hurt. I usually would agree with you on these analysts being off their rocker as much, if not more than, Wall Street analysts. But, in the Internet world, their predictions have a pretty good track record, and I tend to group "smart card" stuff with online stuff. Thus I would actually beleive, with some accuracy, their estimate for smart cards issued in the US and Canada. geoff
