Loren, with all due respect, "you worry too much."

Virtually none of these events will make an iota of difference to DGIV as it now exists. There are too many "other" hidden pitfalls. As Butch said to Sundance when he said he couldn't swim, "...don't worry, you'll probably die before you hit the water."

DGIV appears to be significantly undervalued as per press releases and a variety of "informed" projections.

If DGIV even reaches half of its potential, and I hope for all of us that it does, those challenges that you are so worried about will not come close to bringing you back to your base investment. That is if you've gotten in this past few weeks.

Good luck,

Rich

UPDATE !

13:29 EST

Bid 3 7/8
Ask 3 31/32

TTL Vol 280,300

54,200 SELLS between 3 29/32 and 4
13,100 BUYS beween 4 and 4 1/8

Ratio 4 : 1 SELLS

People are selling, yet the price barely drops. WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED AS PROVE THAT THIS STOCK HAS A BOTTOM OF 3 7/8 ?

If you have cash use it to buy this stock - be patient a few days and

REAP, REAP, REAP the financial rewards

In answer to sandstuff - the MM don't know anything other than what we already know - THIS STOCK WILL ROCK & ROLL when the news comes out.

PEOPLE, when the news comes out a whole new breed of investors will hit this thread, buy the stock and start to speculate how high it will go - You will already be sitting pretty as everyone else will try to buy in at 6, 7, 8 or $9 a share.

To LOREN : IMHO Sure the Asia situation is dangerous, however, where do you think the world is sending all their investment dollars??

Right here to the U.S. - Nowhere else !!!

Why ? Because our economy is running on all cylinders.

But our stocks are a bit overvalued right now, so let's bring the overall market down. TAKE ALL THE MONEY THESE NERVOUS NELLIES ARE WILLING TO PART WITH and then start this whole thing again with BUYING
BUYING AND MORE BUYING.

We have seen it before just a few months ago - DON'T KEEP FALLING FOR THE SAME OLD TRICK - THIS MARKET IS GOING HIGHER !

Everybody warned us at the end of 1997 that the first quarter will be HORRIBLE because of Asia.

What happened ? The Dow reaches 9000 the NASDAQ and S & P are at all-time highs and everyone who has been on the sideline missed out on 10% - 15% returns this quarter.

So tell me, AM I WRONG ???

Enough preaching - BUY DGIV

OVER and OUT

RICO

Most of DGIV's BB-competitors had filed their quarterly reports (FORM 10) for Dec 1997. Their sales had decreased, profits decreased, operating expenses increased and interest expense increased. And yet they are all trading around the $11-$30 range. Almost every company had a press release at least once a week.

The much awaited audited financial report of DGIV by auditor Alex D. Domantay & Associates' is going to dictate where DGIV stands in relation to these companies. What if DGIV reports a very positive financial picture for the company? Why is Mr. Chin risking/rushing everything in mid-April (next week)? Other than us, investors, I wonder who else is going to take notice about this.

GO, DGIV!!!
