Sultan is right, FORMF is a Canadian company, headquartered in Canada and pays Canadian corporate taxes and in the eyes of the law is deemed a Canadian company. If you look at the RevCanada Interpretation Bulletin, this is all the criteria the company has to meet to be deemed a domesticated Canadian company. Listing has no bearing whatsoever with the companies status of nationality, taxation jurisdiction is the benchmark on which RevCanada uses.

I spoke with Rev Canada and under the interpretation bulletin (IT412) Jetform is NOT considered a foreign investment as long as the capital stock is Canadian and it is resident in Canada.
