If DVBC's Societe' Fianciere Privee' is actually Suisse Private Banking Group,Ltd. (it works as a 'possible' translation anyways) that would make BDO walking away from the CRIC deal w/ Suisse interesting, because after Suisse walked, Suisse said they did the audit themselves, confirmed the assets that BDO opted not to. During this time GIFS acted as its' own Transfer agent, and Suisse worked out a deal that would be "securitized" .
