Guys,

I'm still trying to pick up more of the "specifics" on this run-up, but I'm quite certain that this is not the result of a "pump and dump" by "Tokyo Joe".

Frankly, I've never heard of him before...although I certainly don't know everything that there is to know. But I can tell you, based on my intra-day charts, this is the result of some major blocks crossing, and some "not-too-swift" trading on the part of the traders for the institutions involved. The "Tokyo Joe" post was a bit too light-weight to produce this move, and I don't really see any "dumping"...

What I do know is that I have been receiving some fairly quiet institutional contacts regarding TASA for some time now. Everin Securities gave a presentation on the educational industry at the NYSSA yesterday, although TASA was not presented itself. I also know that a smaller institution reportedly came into the market this morning at 10:00 AM and took down 50,000 shares.

What I sense happened this morning is that an undercurrent of interest had built up over the last month or two, and that the early buying triggered a buying frenzy.
