Bill, I think that's a fairly well reasoned analysis. Thanks for the effort.

I think there are other factors that will affect the stock price, like the naming of a new CEO. With the price depressed acquisitions seem a little more remote than they might have a few months ago. Being acquired does grow as a possibility with the lower stock price though.
