Have you actually looked at other stocks which were recommended over there on that board, and researched them to see what subsequently happens? I have not.

Re your question, "do you think institution would buy such a huge amount of shares within half an hour?": First off, this probably only represents about 200,000 shares actually changing hands, because of the inherent double- and triple-counts resulting from the way in which NASDAQ counts shares traded. Secondly,I don't think that one institution did this - probably a couple of institutions had TASA on their "watch lists" and they all tried to take positions when they saw that it was moving. "Tokyo Joe" added a bit of fuel to the fire at 9:59 and "kabloom"....

I hope to have trading records later tonight or tomorrow and maybe I'll be able to comment more intelligently then...
