Eugene, Yes. I've posted issues related to competition rules as they were available, but I'm not 100% up on this. I haven't tried to look much past privitization until recently. We know that the TBR wireless companies will compete with firms that just bought the B-band licenses. There were some concerns recently regarding the lowball rates that at least one of the new B band vendors plans on offering...I haven't been able to get any further speculation other than the story I posted in the last week or so.
