Hi Donn, Just got back from west coast and Jan's out till later this evening but I took a look. I looked up other stocks in the y2k area also to see what is going on however did not see much. Nor do I know anything about this index fund but I'll take a crack at the chart. YTK has an RS sell but I cannot access the chart to see if its in O's or X's. Its down about 5% and has given a triple bottom sell, however it gave a similar double bottom sell in the 410 to 424 area just last month. Being that this on is in the four hundreds, and that you have support down to 436 and then again in the 410 to 424 area, I'd be inclined to give this one a little room if your long. Don't think that I would initiate any new positions without knowing the RS X's or O's. Hope that helps a little. It's not very often that I look at a stock for P&F this pricy. Later Preston
