Eric--some corrections on your post regarding IFLYW--just called the number you provided. Exercise price for IFLYW is 6.25, not 7.50.

In order for the company to call the warrants (which they are likely to do if they can), stock must close above 10 (not 9) for 7 of 10 consecutive trading days. Otherwise they would normally expire in September of 2002.

The guy said he was looking at the terms on paper as he was speaking to me.
