Hello! Redhead, In my view the only time that ATXI will get any exposure or following in the market place is if and when the FAMH management team decides that will be the case! The listing future for ATXI could very well be dependent on how they support and co-operate with FAMH during upcoming meetings and negotiations! ( In my opinion!) Just watching the way that the attention has quickly left the ATXI scenario, would lead me to speculate that Ira doesn't even have the slightest intention of doing a 4/1 share scenario! In fact if it was announced that the ratio for FAMH and ATXI shares was completed on a 1 for 1 , I for one would not be the least bit surprised. ( JMO).... Even though this may sound like an outlandish speculative opinion on my part, when I look back over the way that ATXI management responded in ( in my opinion) such a condecending way to FAMH and it's management in their news release rebuttals. I personally do not see Ira just merrily accepting what he may have been originally been prepared to use as a negotiating framework! Just my own FAMH Shareholder's opinion on a quiet afternoon!
