Hello! J.R.,

Finally a humor break! Things have been quite serious around here for a while! I agree with you that we need real substance! But! I think we are much closer to it then we have ever been!

The humor part, ( in my opinion) was that J.R. most likely pressed submit twice on his recent 'substance' posting! ( Whether it was by accident or not, it certainly clearly reinforced the point!).

Good Luck and Best Wishes To All!

Wayne J.

IMO, it did have some substance and would like to agree with KAA interpretation and reading between the lines.

Reg S is now fully in the float AND the bid/ask just happen to be the same as that on the date of the Reg S announcement on Jan 13th.

So, did the stock really suffer any?? Hence, the statement about "strong shareholder interest and confidence". (Opened for discussion)

The merger is proceeding on ALL fronts. What does ALL mean to you as opposed to just the CVIA/WOTD merger. To me, it includes actively talking to acquisition candidates. Would you be talking to acquisition candidate if you where unsure of a merger? (Opened for more discussion)

Additionally, it points out not just retail tire stores but also "oil distribution companies". To me oil distribution DOES NOT include these retail quickie oil change places. Oil distribution implies wholesalers who supply retailers. This is much bigger than just a Jiffy Lube on the corner. (More discussion points)

And the last point that caught my eye is that these candidates "are being reviewed as possible acquisitions". To me CVIA/WOTD is doing the reviewing which implies (to me anyway) that they have choices of who to pick and who not to pick. (I bet the most profitable ones will be chosen to be acquired first) It mentioned that the growth through acquisition is being accepted by the marketplace. The marketplace is not limited to just the stock price. The marketplace (again, to me anyway) includes the small oil and tire companies that are approaching WOTD to be acquired. (Last discussion points)

I'm looking forward to the joint announcement (and I assume the subsequent 8K for the details) of this merger.

Finally, Jack told many folks 9 (business) days ago that we were within 10 business days of closing the deal. I feel much better about an official update than no news and speculation. I applaud him for that...

Yup, I'm very bullish on CVIA...now lets all talk...

Wow, with such a long post, y'all gonna think I've been around Wayne and this thread tooooo long...
