note - 'In recent news, DCI announced the signing of two letters of intent to acquire Payless Communications and Edge Communications. These acquisitions are expected to boost DCI's annual revenues to $45 million by fiscal year ending March 31, 1999. In addition, the joint venture with DataWave Systems, Inc., became effective April 1, 1998, and should produce an additional $10 million in revenues for DCI.
