**OT**

Isn't gettin out when the getting is good the same thing as profit taking? (Of course, with the exception of this pig of a sector). I assume the theory behind David's call is that funds are pulling money out to protect profits, not that they are pulling money out to get a rip-roaring 5 or 6% yield.

I assume the market is being moved by the funds, as opposed to the individual investors.

By the way, have I said lately that these stocks suck? The pain is starting to get bad. Another 10% and it will be bad enough to buy.

Re: The term "Profit Taking"

I agree with you, lisa. I would like to join in a movement to laugh this example of 'New-Speak' out of common use.

marc, I like this<G>
"By the way, have I said lately that these stocks suck? The pain is starting to get bad.

ot: Lisa: You're right, how can INTC be "profit taking" when it's near a 52 week low? Are all the sellers ones who've been holding for greater than one year? I doubt it. We should start a thread called, "CNBC Bashing"
