This financing is certainly NOT secured (although dilutive), its issuance of new shares of company, and not debt obligations like Morgan loan.

Just thought I'd clear that up.

Elliot,
How true. The stock craters and everyone gets grumpy, sad, and depressed about it. What can one say about the human condition? We invest in a high risk new technology company.

The people running the company have:
invented the technology
fought for years to get FCC status
begged for money
and in general chased a dream.

We come along, see the vision, buy the dream, and hope to get rich because of our vision and belief. When it doesn't happen, it is Shant's fault. We are not responsible for our actions? Somebody else is responsible, not us. Hey guys! Let's get real. Let's see what the deal is before we jump. What the heck, I'm only about $4.30 a share down.

Dear Elliott:

There exists a major difference between WNP and CVUS:
WNP is private while CVUS is publicly traded. Yet Shant
treats CVUS investors as if they did not deserve to
know anything. CVUS had more than 3 months to prepare
its 10K-- yet we are still waiting. In today's release
all terms of the financing are undisclosed. As space
cadet points out, the issue of the price at which
the debt can be converted is key. If the convertibles
are floorless, then the debt holders have every
incentive to drive the stock price to nothing to
ensure that the equity of current stockholders is
wiped out. So the conversion price is extremely important
But of course, with Shant H. at the helm, we have a
fat chance of getting this key piece of information.

Also, for the record, quite a bit of information is
known about WNP. Royce Holland is one of the driving
forces behind it. Please go back and read the various
articles posted at the end of the LMDS auction.

Best regards,

Bernard Levy

<<Give them a little while to clarify the news announcement.>>

Elliot,

CVUS has a FIDUCIARY DUTY to its public shareholders to provide information on the company. There is no justification for not providing this information immediately. Stop being an apologist for Shant Hovnanian and his secretive ways.
