Aren't options just horrible all that time value eroding as we speak. ;-)

Micron Technology, Inc., Announces the Introduction of 2 MEG Zero Bus Turnaround (ZBT) SRAMs, The First in the Series of the ZBT Product Family

BusinessWire, Tuesday, April 07, 1998 at 15:00

BOISE, Idaho--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 7, 1998--Micron Technology,
Inc., announces the availability of 2 Meg Zero Bus Turnaround(TM)
(ZBT) Sync Burst 3.3v SRAM samples, the first in the line of the ZBT
product family.
By eliminating idle bus turnaround cycles the ZBT architecture
provides users with 100 percent bus utilization. This dramatically
improves the throughput of communications and networking systems.
"We are pleased to bring customers a cost effective solution to
their high bandwidth requirements," said Mike Black, Micron
Technology's SRAM Marketing Manager. "The 2 Meg ZBT is the first in
the line of the ZBT product family that Micron is offering, with the
development of the 4, 8 and 16 Meg versions to follow. We feel a
broad ZBT product family offering will be a benefit to our customers
in serving their various system design needs."
Designers were previously limited to synchronous-burst SRAMs that
require idle cycles to turn the bus around when switching reads and
writes. These idle cycles increased the time required for each bus
transition. The ZBT architecture outperforms conventional
synchronous-burst SRAMs by eliminating these dead cycles, which gives
systems higher performance and increased bandwidth. All critical
timing parameters for ZBT SRAMs are referenced to the rising edge of
the synchronous clock, which further simplifies the design of high
bandwidth switching systems.
"Micron worked with IDT and Motorola to develop the ZBT
functionality and specification to assure our customers would have a
reliable base of compatible multiple sources," added Black.

Samples of the 2 Meg are currently available in the following
JEDEC-standard 100-pin TQFP packages:

Larry, I hope Skeeter is a hero, because I have a ton of in-the-money puts moving point for point with the stock.
Today, I feel goooooodd!! Of course, when this thing turns, the short covering is really going to drive MU up as they panic.
Presently, it looks like big guys want to sell some stock, but no one wants to buy. That volume on the ask just keeps pushing lower and lower.
Patrick
MU at 28 3/8! Nice!! Hope it breaks through the 28 OK.
