In my opinion, the only way CVUS can be saved is by starting rollout of 2-way service. Without it, as Mr. Fink and Mr. Pastrami said, they are just another MMDS company.

What bothers me is that CVUS was supposed to have 2way service in testing in 1997 already, and they didn't, so they may have been lying all along about their ability to do two-way at all!

Have anyone obtained copies of Bossard's LMDS patents?

Space Cadet,

Does a "floorless" convertible mean that a lender could convert its debt at 30 cents per share? 10 cents? 1 cent? Is there no limit whatsoever? That sounds awful.
