I think it would be more accurate to state that Tokyo Joe buys at 9:30 a.m., anticipating that when he releases his pick at 10:00 a.m., his hundreds - if not thousands, of followers will drive the stock up sharply. He then sells into their buying, guaranteeing profits for himself and a few of the nimble.
