Damn it molly! I just spent an hour and a half reading
(at least some parts) of the 424B3 date 1/30/98. It's
over 100 pages long!

Mr Hackworth has 746,909 vested options valued at $1,039,227.
That's about 1.39 per share. That is based on a stock price of
12.125 (see note 3). That means the average exercise price of
his full vested options is $10.74. The options listed in this table only add up to 1,080,000 - I'm not sure where the other 10,000 come from(it does list 1,090,000 earlier).Not like his option exercise price has any major meaning but they aren't priced at pennies as some people have Alluded to.

There were a couple of other things I noticed too, I'll post more when
I have time.

Search the document for "preferred share is" . It would seem like it
could put a damper on Mr Arslan's little holy war.
