Tim: Probably this will offend, and for that I apologize. After all these thousands of messages on the Datek thread, especially those from Peter Stern and other Datek folks, your customers are unaccustomed to the uninformative and obfuscating customer relations speeches typical of more established businesses - such as your most recent post. I, for one, would appreciate more substance and forthcomingness on your part. If you review your past messages in light of today's, you may see how I feel. It's like the pilot saying "there's a slight delay. We'll take off in 10 minutes", and 30 minutes later you hear that it will be only another 10. I'm certain you've experienced this particular frustration. We are your partners in this new venture, through thick and thin, and, therefore, one feels a bit put off by your post.
