AlienTech,

Instead of asking Joanne a lot of frivolous questions on her
background why don't you just read the Yahoo Board - Neta and
that should satisfy your frivolous questions and groundless
assumptions.

If you read Yahoo Board, there are some very angry and disgrunted
former employee of NETA. Some are angry to the point that they
are forecasting the stock to go back to the 50's.

What we should be looking at is if Larson is making the right
moves such as wholesale lopping of two former NETG divisions
located at New Hampshire and Hendron, Va. I understand that
approximately 250 employees were cut last Monday.

What is interesting is one former NETG employee at Hendron recalls
how employees would have 12 interviews before they are hired. I
had only two rounds of interviews myself in my life time. The
point is NETG took great care to select their employees and nurture
them over the years. Obviously, NETA does not follow that route
and takes the raze and burn route. The reasoning for that is
that shareholders love it. However, that is not so good long
term for NETA. We hope that Larson is not removing research units
that may be needed in the future.

The market looked very soft today and Tech rally had a major derail
over the last few days. Analyst Kurlack forcased that Intel will
see the low 60's which is not good for the tech market.

Larson may beat the earnings by a penny. However, the all important
conference call, Larson may have a surprise or two for us. First, is more chargeoff in the second quarter. Second, a possible 3 for 2 split, but we must be dreaming.
