HEPH's chart shows support at 15 (look at the triangle consolidation and you will see the 'point' at 15). The breakout of the consolidation was followed by a pullback to 15. This is very typical price action and portends no bearish sentiment. I would expect a move to at least 20-21 in the coming weeks. This chart still shows strength regardless of the fundamentals.

This is a technical formation that is about 75% accurate in its predictive value.
