H, the stock is worth 0 zero. Marvel stockholders are getting screwed. Doesn't matter who takes over the company. The common stockholders always get screwed in a bankruptcy.

The only possible reason to hold this stock is to find out what price the new company will trade at. If it trades for more than $10 then buy the warrants and sell them ASAP.

No doubt something has happened. Could be institutions etc. It would be nice to see trade data, but nonetheless, something big is going down. My initial guess is someone has won the battle, and many investors don't like the result. Can't wait to see what's shakin. I am going to hold on. Gotta believe in the Thing!

PS The stock certificates are not very cool - no characters on them.
