Whitaker has been doing nothing than over sighting the company. I know people at corporate and he has nothing to do with any success of the company. You should know that. Its amazing that the company will post a profit for the first Quarter under such circumstances. It shows what winners do when there down. Also the court originally asked for IHI the Corp to come up with the bond not Stan personally, but Stan saw that this a bad way to do this and could tie up company. Further, because the assets are frozen and under the direction of whitaker. I'm sure Corp, didn't want whitaker to write the check at the courts direction. It would be no doubt adversely reported, if such would happen. Besides it shows Stan's level of confidence to shareholders and reps alike that he is for the building of this opportunity for the long run. CORRECTION for Paul: Paul in last message said TO CHUCK, I'm sure he meant to say TO DAN. (I help my buddies. <S> ) The money is being put together by Stan, this is more than he has made for the entire IHI venture. -Lawrence P.S., I think Paul is correct, we should start a new thread where people can exchange ideas on building a successful IHI organization. The challenge would be to find only positive people and not any nay sayers.

Without my help, Stan made it by wiring $5M to the court. Does this answer your question. You should go meet Stan to see how to be a successful BOSS. You will feel that you are nothing at all. Stan is the person you would like to work with. Don't be a frog in a well. Try to make your vision wider! Paul
