Finally, I hear from someone with a level head, JRH. Your last post are my thoughts exactly. My plan is the following: when CSCO and LU go below $60 I'm going to shell out half my cash to buy each, and I'll save the rest of my cash for if they go below $55.

I am convinced that these two stocks should weigh in more heavily than the rest of the stocks in my portfolio. The real question for everyone is exactly when you should get in. That is what I have been struggling with the last several weeks as I've raised cash and then began to wait for a new entry point.
