Forest, I don't think we will be seeing red for much longer. There has been a large amount of buys today. Myerson is the only MM on the ask at .59 the next market maker is still at .62. That looks very positive to me. Myerson is not a very large company. I don't think they will be able to keep the ask down much longer. So if anyone wants any shares at .59, in my opinion, you had better get them now.

There are two MM's that are wanting to buy shares at .58. But it doesn't look like they are getting any. Lots of buys coming in now.

It sure doesn't look like the MM's have managed to shake out many shares today. But they have given some of us an opportunity to buy a few a little cheaper today.

As Forest would say," stocks are like a box of chocolates." Looks like you picked the coconut one. Yuk.

Ok... deep breath everyone. I think we're all saying and thinking basically
the same thing. We're all frustrated, yet nobody wants to sell right
before the big run up. I think this is one of those "blackest before
the dawn" things... there are a ton of things that could basically
happen at any moment, and one of them is supposed to happen tomorrow
although we may or may not get a release about it this week.

Personally I've decided to ignore the stock this week and not to
expect anything till next week. It we get the releases that's cool,
and if we don't, I won't be dissappointed. I'm willing to give Ira
till sometime next week to come out with something... after that I'll
be upset.

On the Myriad deal, it doesn't surprise me that took a while... remember
we bought it from the IRS and negotiations continued right up to the
end when we finally had a negotiated payoff. I suspect that the IRS
was waiting to see the audited financials too before they would
essentially extend credit to Firamada. I'm sure they wanted to check
everything out thoroughly so they could leave the table with a reasonable
assurance that they wouldn't be in the same boat a year later.

On the fiancials, I believe they are done. I don't know why Ira won't
release them to us. I feel that filing them with the SEC is moot at
this point because it would be better to complete the ATXI merger and
file then as ATXI. It is possible that we may see financials issued
as part of an 8-K for ATXI when the LOI is signed... Regardless
though, I wish we could have a press release showing the 97 audited
financials. I agree that they aren't an accurate picture of this
rapidly changing company, but they add a ton of credibility in the
Street's eyes... even though we have the final audited EPS, we need
to see the full financial statements to really do any serious FA on
the company.
