I guess i wasn't clear, i know when earnings are being announced. My point/question is this "Is there any significance to the fact that they are announcing prior the the open on Thursday, as opposed to after the bell thursday, or for that matter, friday?"

Someone unplugged. The street is in blood bath--predicted by VLAD.
I am glad that I did not get margin call for VVUS. I therefore still going to hold for a couple quarters if it does not drop to $8.

Bad timing of VVUS earning report on this Thursday when the street is shed bleed. Would I see you gapped down to $5. Cry, cry, David.
