re We gained back what we lost today..all in 15 minutes.

Raj - It's only fair, we lost most of it in 15 minutes.

Check out price and volume for the opening 15 minutes.

If ALL 20k shares in that first 15 were market sells, maybe that would justify that much of a drop, but quite a few were buys, as it moved up to 12 before the MMs lowered the boom.

Many scoff at accusations of manipulation by MMs - until they see s**t like this hit one of their holdings.
I'll wager there are a few more "believers" among the TAVA tape-watchers after today's antics.

In all fairness, MMs do this in both directions. They are equal opportunity thieves, stealing from longs and shorts alike.
In fact, they are at their most brutal during a short squeeze. I've traded YHOO, and seen things that I wouldn't believe unless I'd watched the T&S alongside the Island book with my own eyes.

Eventually the manipulators move on to greener pastures and the stock trades on it's own merit, but if you trade on NASDAQ, this is going to happen from time to time.
Sure the game is rigged, but if you want to play the techs, it's the only game in town.
