Albert, i keep my investing quite simple. My return thus far this year is in excess of 50%, and my method is as follows.

1. Never buy an overbought Sector
2. Always buy market leaders in Oversold Sectors
3. Try and Find market leaders in oversold sectors that are re-testing their bottoms on lower volume than when previously tested. It is preferable to buy leaders that have had a climatic sell-off in the past 90 days.
4. Watch volume, volume, volume. If a stock goes up/down on excessive volume i take this as my selling/covering signal. A stock that is going up on lower volume is a danger signal and a stock rising on steady volume typically will continue to do so.

Regards,

PP
