Brian, from the press release... EDGE in order to service its customers most efficiently. In 1997, its revenues reached $5.4 million, representing growth of 990% over 1996 results. Edge is currently profitable and is doing over $8 million in sales for the trailing twelve months ended March 31, 1998 -- for calendar 1998, its sales are projected to reach S15 million. Payless and calling card companies on the West Coast. The transaction, with an expected valuation of $10 million, involves a combination of DCI stock and cash. The structure will be incentive based, the stock portion is directly tied to earnings per share requirements and the cash infusion will primarily be used for capital expenditures and to a lesser extent, operating capital.
