Andrew,

Here is my thought - IFLY validates itself. For little risk money I can exercise warrants at 10 and pickup 2000 shares at 62.5% discount. Better profit than if I spent the same money on the IFLY shares AND I control a larger number essentially risk free.

See any fault with that logic (probably pretty obvious).
