As I hypothesised on SS, Markets don't crash from their highs.

I liked Plonk's reco, as it confirmed a reco I made on SS moments after his. Of course, his was more erudite and mine is obscure. Something people would make fun of but worked very well last April with Abby Cohen. Also, he picked Monday, I originally picked Tuesday Afternoon.

I agree with you, though. My stuff has a bounce, a selloff, then a rally tomorrow; So to me the preferred play is a short into Thursday.....a significant selloff Thursday which would see me covering half the short and then covering the rest on Monday's close.

It takes me a long time to pick a good place to get short (or long) for any length of time. I kinda like it here. But for a reference point my stop is 1125.00 basis the S&P futures.

Anyway, I disagree with Dave P. on this massive selloff. Only because Markets don't collapse from the highs. But I do think some money can be made here. My bottom is 1160 on the cash S&Ps, but I don't really think we get there.
