I agree that it would be good for them to call for the certs, but will they?

Insofar as selling air back to Mork, now you're making my head hurt. That happens every time I try to think. What are the mechanics of that? If the mutual fund manager transfers stock to Mork under the NASDAQ officially sanctified system, does Mork have the shares or doesn't he? How do we actually "squeeze him"?
