Mr. Pink: What is your basis for saying SIR is run by a bunch of criminals? Is there anything about their accounting which has not already been reported in Barron's and elsewhere? When you suggest that the accounting is crooked, is it just very aggressive and misleading like that of Bally's or subprime lenders who use gain on sale accounting, or are you actually suggesting that they are doing something which will result in jail time. More importantly, what is the catalyst which will send SIR much lower? I am short SIR, but it seems that their aggressive accounting is already well known. Thank you in advance for your response.
