Bradley, investors may have decided they were a bit too quick to sell.
Today's bounce may have been at least partially due to Piper Jaffrey's positive comments on DLGC today. I don't have the details, but they do have an "Aggressive Buy" on the stock.

FWIW, I believe DLGC's recent weakness has been due to following reasons:

1. In sympathy with NMSS: NMSS prewarned late last week and it's stock took a huge dive. (could the disappointment be due to DLGC
gaining market share against NMSS?)

2. Insiders have been selling DLGC fairly recently, when DLGC was around $45. (could they be merely exercising their stock options & selling in order to raise cash to pay their taxes?)

3. Investor jitters over 1st Q earnings: Remember, it was exactly a year ago that DLGC prewarned and the stock price did a free fall.
(The NMSS prewarning may have been a reminder of this event)

IMHO, considering that it is now highly unlikely that DLGC will prewarn (too late in the season), this could prove to be a great buying opportunity.

Also, don't forget that one of the new mgt's goals is to improve DLGC's relationship within the investment community. Remember how (under previous mgt) DLGC was developing a reputation for providing poor quarter to quarter guidance. Earnings were lumpy.
