If you dont think PR is that important, then please explain why AMD is trading up now after they just announced -0.39 earnings. If earnings and fundamental is the only thing driving the market, then AOL, YHOO, LU or AMD -- To a short term trader, they are everything. To someone setting up and running a pyramid scheme they are everything too. How old are those co's you mention ?, how many splits have they incurred ? You seem most angered that Intel is not lying, what would you like Intel to say, we are growing ?, we are going to exceed earnings expectations ? Will hype and hot air do anything but make them AMD like ? Go buy AMD if you like that style but first look at this: techstocks.com jim
