I spoke with Mr. Mitch Binder (CFO) on April 6, 1998 516-435-8300 email pats@orbitfr.com
Mr. Binder was very informative and helpful. I conducted the conversation in a Q and A format. Here we go.

Q. Coverage by analyists? None outside, presently.
Q. Trade Shows? Behlam just completed one in Washington state held by the NAVY. There was interest in their Fire Control and Radar screens.
Q. Plans for IR/PR? Currently in talks with a PR co.
Q. More aquisitions? Currently looking at two opportunities that will expand the co. commerical market as presently the co. has to rely too much on military contracts through Behlam. The core business of the co. is in display for fire control and radar. The co. wishes to expand more into the comerical field due to the downsizing of the mil.
Q. Current backlog. Roughly the same as last year at 16 million.
Q. 1st Q earnings? Will be out 1st week of May. Definitly will beat 1st Q 1996.
Q. New contracts or products. Soon to be released announcement of award for 1.5 million to replace the current boards on the floor of the trading floor of the NYSE. Looking forward to entering the commerical field very aggressively.

Mr. Binder was very upbeat about the co. as a turnaround situation, having sold off the money losers and focusing on the commerical aspect of the co. operations.

The stock as of today is selling at 13 times earnings. With a standard 20 PE and at trailing earnings of .30 IMO this should be selling around 6.00.
