Doug: OFF TOPIC we spent a week in Porta Vallarta and enjoyed the whole time only because we needed to REST..not much for sight seeing..in fact lots of ocean front hotel/condos don't even have useable beaches. But as wes said, the food is great and prices for two are about $40.00. And the para sailing is fun,only 250 pesos. We stayed at the Jolla de la Mismayolla Suite resort...an it was sweet.They sure can make a good margarita there! Adios y buenos suerte !
