That is interesting. Also, under the SGA discussion in the 97-K we find that in the "beginning of 1997, certain expenses relating to the fulfillment of parts warranties have been reclassed from SGA to COGS."

While this would of course not affect the operating margins, it does shift some of the costs upward to COGS so that the SGA growth doesn't not look so dramatic.

Also, personnel related costs were up 33% with sales up only 25%.
