Hmmmm SandStuff... Russia has been mentioned before :) Check on the news releases about operations in the "Russian Federation" (quotes from press release. quote.yahoo.com should bring up the release) FYI

MFDoh! out

P.S. I'm taking some profits this week, as part of my quarterly portfolio rebalancing. I just follow math here, and I'm still very long DGIV

Sandstuff:

Re: Russia being or not being a part of Europe.

Actually,Sandstuff, it depends which Russia you're talking about. When you talk about St. Petersburgh, Moscow and generally the expanse of land that rests west of the Ural Mountains, youre usually thinking of that part of Russia considered European, most of which is in the Russian Federation which is, if memory serves, the political entity within which Jim struck the deal . East of this ( Uzbekistan, Tashkent, etc. ) is considered Asia.

I think Liberty had in mind the Federation when they mentioned Europe.
That's alot of talk time. And the economy there seems to be emerging from this chaos we saw awhile back. In all my delving into the sector I really cannot recall any of the usual telcom suspects getting their hooks into Russia yet....it boggles the mind.

Loren S.: I'll second what some others have already said re: tech pull
backs; they just won't affect the DGIV story in any significant way. At least for now...I look foward to the time when they will and I'll bitch about DGIV taking a $5 hit .......from $55.....

P.S. Thrilling little geographical sidebar: Actually, once upon a time, Russians and everyone else couldn't figure out where Russia was so they played it safe and called the whole area Eurasia.
