Hi Ray,

After a run up, Tom says that the first sell signal is usually false, however with this index fund at 400ish I'm a bit in the dark. If this were at 45 and we had just had a 15 to 20 point run up, we could be looking at a shake out pattern where the weaker players on the low dip get out and then it reverses on up to continue its climb. One problem here is we do not have a RS indication of what short term is as the RS column info is missing. I'll post Jan to see if she can question Tom regarding this.

Hope that helps a little. Jan will likely jump in a little later.
