*** Response From the NetWork ***

I believe I speak from everyone on this thread when I say we do miss Joe Lanza. Therefore, Mr. Grauer, could you please ask Evengelist Lanza to come back and talk to us? SEE-BS network is simply not the same without Mr. Lanza and we demand for his return. So PLEASE ask him to come back to us. And Evangelist Lanza if you are reading this Please come back, we really really really DO MISS you, seriously.

Long Live XECM (the popular SEE-BS sit-com!)

Dal, $7 million for 1997 as opposed to less than 1/2 million for 1996 is damned good. If XECOM can keep up this pace of growth, Suckerfinder's bold predictions about price per share might actually be born out. BUT you yourself concede that "Until Voyager ceases to be a presence, the price of XECOM will remain depressed." As far as I can see, Voyager might be a negative presence for years. Unless, of course, XECOM bites the bullet and buys out Voyager's interest, as JL assured us was being done 3 months ago. Is Mr. Proctor, of Voyager, nuts??? Why isn't he holding onto XECOM for better share price??? Why is he SELLING at bargain basement prices??? What gives??? Thanks for all the time you have taken to answer my questions, TJS

P.S. for SF: I refer Mr. Proctor to you as a specimen for you collection.

Dal,

Thank you for the update. But I thought it would be ok (as far as the SEC rules were concerned) to tell everyone that I may (just may) accept your offer to join the top management at Xecom, and it did not have to wait till I accept the offer officially. I guess, Jack, your corporate lawyer advised you otherwise. It is ok and understood. I am still thinking about your offer to join but have not made any definite decisions yet though, and please no pressure! I, however, will continue to advise/consult the company in any way form or shape that I can.

Meanwhile can you ask JL to fax me his report ASAP?

thanks,

GO XECM.

SF

Dal, Would you agree that with Voyager SELLING and no bullish news from XECOM, there's no short-term need to be buying, because down is as likely a scenario as up for XECOM. This is what I got out of your most recent post. Correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks, TJS
