the Chief, You need DOW THEORY PLUS DISCERNED EYES TO BE ABLE TO FORESTCAST THAT $28.00 FIGUIRES. you need not lying and cheat. Looks at the CWA today's performance, again DOW theory is at works, There are TOO many disturbing factors in the market places, YOU get to be able to INDENTIFY, DISTINGUISH, SEPARATE the different issues, and be able to sort them out and come out with something clear in mind..
