Charred, No, Placer knew about the problems long ago, during the time they were drilling. That's what the Baker MacKenzie doc tells us. Also, there is no chance that mining law can be written retroactively, is it? That is what would be needed to happen for PDG to be able to operate on LC4&6. That won't happen, CSJ will not allow it. They are not corruptable. You might want to inquire who are the 3 people responsible for rewriting the Venezuelan constitution. You probably already know.
