I am new to mergers.
If ESVS announces a "merger", do share holders of both ESVS and NETZ have to vote and approve it ?
TIA, ken

Regarding Lair [...]

Relax, you're too defensive. My point is not that Lair is 'a useless piece of cr*p' but rather that you've made the point about him about 25 times. Everybody that have/had a long interest in this has read up on Lair. It is getting old. We know what his credentials are - let the man prove himself with NETZ before we hail him as our saviour. I am not as interested in what he has done as what he is going to do (or not).

[...] and mergerdom

I never questioned the possibility of a merger. If you care to check your memory, or better even my past posts at the time, I am sure you'll find that I drew the same conclusion then.

I got the impression that you had information about an imminent merger. I wouldn't be too surprised if that announcement came out now with enough time before the 45 day deadline to warrant pushing the books date further into the future. It just made sense in some sad way, is all.
