To all:

Knowing nothing about the directors who are up for re-election this year, I pose the following question that was asked about this time last year.

What is the procedure for nominating someone for a board seat? If we could nominate someone, should we?

We have at least a couple hundred thousand shares here. I think nic did a count last year (nic - do you remember the count?), which is certainly not enough to get anyone actually elected to the board, but would definitely send a sign to the board that the shareholders of this company are active and care and should be paid attention to.

Anyway, just curious.
