Brad does not owe $45. He is obligated to supply yitze with a certain disputed number of tuna sandwiches, which yitze has to come downtown to collect.
To steal brad's $20 in escrow funds is similar to my coming to your home in the middle of the night, stealing your car, and giving it to the the shi shi in payment for your debt to him.

What do you know about honesty. You are the most dishonest person i have encountered in the washington area? You stole $2,000 from the shi shi, and now you have stolen $20 from brad. Brad used very poor judgment trusting you!
