Boy are you ever clueless.

Not only has Intel been shipping .25u product for some time now, but Intel was shipping 300mhz product on their old .35u process. AMD is just now announcing that their .25u process is shipping 300mhz material. So AMD's new process is just now catching up with Intel's old process. AMD is not 1 year ahead. They are at least 1 year behind.
